Universe WTF? I know, I know. The Universe. Well, yes that is kind of a big thing, so is a strongly possible life-changer. Earth, is but a proton type member of this universe (tiny). Britain is what in comparison to the Universe isn’t even a proton. A small country really. BUT. There are smaller countries, one of which I have visited once only; well currently anyway. Throughout the last 8ish years, I have read stuff I had previously wouldn’t have my cup of tea. But my life journey hasn’t been ‘as planned’. Some may claim that said reading material is “hippy’ish” or similar, i.e. being of the spiritual variety (and business), and despite that, I am referring to belief in… the power of the attraction! One of the books is called The Secret and is pretty famous. 10 million copies worth of fame to be more specific: “The  book  is based on a pseudo-scientific theory called the “law of attraction” – the principle that “like attracts like.” Specifically

Positive Affirmations ACE The weeks are flying by. (“PositiveAffirmation”; “PA”) PA4 already. Sign of good times? Within reason! Finding a few good things is beneficial! I wonder what you may be thinking of these positive affirmations. They fit with something that was recently put to me during counselling. ACE . I’m no counsellor or psychologist yet I can relate to this ‘ACE’. Achievement , Closeness , Enjoyment . So, for me (my blog obviously) this model makes sense. With that, parts of meditation too (see below), and exercise! Knowing what I had in mind as to what I wanted , I had hopeful achievements planned. 1. Chillifest-ne Being the chilli-lover that I am, ok maybe it is an addiction (the chemical compound of capsaicin that causes the burn; triggers endorphins in the brain(!?)) of sorts, when “ North East Chilli Festival ” began a few years ago, I simply HAD to go. Confident posture

Confident Dynamic Posture   Now at time of writing I'm 45 years young, and possibly having had MS as a living companion since I was 19, maybe younger. Something that affected my confidence? Well, partially? I have said several times about my life with multiple sclerosis which was never on the plan. However, due to my age and experience with this unwanted guest now, I can reflect back on some of life, with erm, thought! lol In a word; 'confidence'. Is that linked directly to MS? Well it CAN be . And I know that personally. Yet, here's a long-term memory (yikes. 26 years ago (not that long-term!)!) Running. Seriously! As I have a great relationship with MSRRF , a PT I see there to help with MS physicalities made me realise that yes, I do lean backwards; normally .
